<p><strong>Sales Person</strong></p> <p>Daata the leading online platform for artists video, sound and digital media artworks seeks an experienced freelance&nbsp;Sales Person with proven track record in sales in any field to join its growing international team. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing all sales operations for Daata and must be self-motivated and enthusiastic as well as possess relationships with HNW clients, collectors, museums and corporate entities. </p> <p>The responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans, hitting annual targets, drafting sales reports, building relationships, estimating sales profit and understanding customer trends. Familiarity with the digital art market is desirable but not essential.</p> <p>Activities<br>- Working closely with the Director and Curatorial Director<br>– Reach/exceed annual sales targets on both artworks and subscriptions<br>– Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base<br>– Forecasts and pricing<br>– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships<br>– Target international art venues, HNW clients and retail premises<br>– Network to increase visibility of Daata <br>– Cultivate new collectors with no previous experience collecting digital media<br>– Co-ordinate art fairs and trade shows together with Curatorial Director<br>- Job is based in London, with some international travel</p> <p>Requirements<br>- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets<br>- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director<br>- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close<br>- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services<br>- Demonstrable experience of developing client-focused solutions<br>- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills<br>- Excellent verbal and written communications skills<br>- BA degree or equivalent<br>- Knowledge of digital art market desirable but not essential</p> <p>Remuneration<br>- Consultancy Fee based on experience plus commission on Sales above $10k <br>- Reasonable travel costs and expenses</p> <p>Benefits<br>- Travel<br>&nbsp;-Position at the forefront of the digital art market<br>- Commission on sales<br>- Gaining understanding of the newest area of growth in the digital arts economy<br>-&nbsp;Flexible place and hours of work (approx 40 hours per week)</p> <p>*No recruitment agencies</p> <p>Please share your CV with us at <a href="mailto:info@daata.art">info@daata.art</a></p>
